Digitra LLC Return, Refund, and Hygiene Compliance Policy
At Digitra LLC, we take the health and safety of our customers with the utmost seriousness. Because we operate within the Oral Care industry, our return policies are strictly governed by hygiene regulations and sanitary standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for our United States domestic customers.
1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
2. Hygiene and Health Safety Restrictions (Strict Requirement) Due to the nature of oral care products (including but not limited to toothbrushes, tongue scrapers, whitening kits, and dental floss), we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
Any product that comes into contact with the oral cavity is considered a medical/hygiene risk once the factory seal is broken.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened toothpaste, used toothbrush heads, or whitening gels with broken safety seals are strictly ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances, in compliance with standard health and safety protocols.
3. Return Process and Authorization To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team at info@digitrallc.com.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Address: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a specific return shipping address and instructions. Please note that our administrative office in Cheyenne, WY, is not a return processing center.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@digitrallc.com.
We require photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item (including the packaging and shipping label) to process a replacement or a full refund.
For hygiene-sensitive oral care electronics (such as sonic toothbrushes), if a mechanical defect is found within the warranty period, we will facilitate a repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
5. Domestic Operations Only (USA) Digitra LLC operates exclusively within the United States. We do not accept returns, nor do we provide refunds or exchanges for any requests originating from outside the USA. Our logistics and compliance frameworks are strictly domestic.
6. Refunds and Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product and its seals.
Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Restocking Fees Digitra LLC reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% for items returned in their original, sealed condition to cover administrative and logistical processing costs.
8. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once the return is accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
