Digitra LLC Domestic Shipping & Logistics Framework

At Digitra LLC, we understand that timely delivery is a vital component of the customer experience, particularly when it comes to essential Oral Care hygiene products. We have engineered our logistics network to prioritize speed, safety, and transparency. This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through our digital storefront and applies exclusively to deliveries within the United States.

1. Domestic Excellence: "Only USA" Shipping Mandate Digitra LLC operates as a specialized domestic retailer. We provide shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states.

• No International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to U.S. territories outside the mainland (unless specified at checkout), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international freight forwarders.

• Any orders placed with an international destination address will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time We pride ourselves on operational efficiency. All orders undergo a rigorous quality and hygiene inspection before leaving our fulfillment centers.

• Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mountain Time) typically begin processing the same business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Transit Times and Delivery Estimates Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carrier partners (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS), the following transit times apply:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Customers can generally expect their oral care products to arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the date the order was successfully placed.

• Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers. While we maintain a high success rate, external factors such as extreme weather or carrier-specific delays are outside our immediate control.

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the oral care products and the destination within the USA.

• We occasionally offer promotional "Free Standard Shipping" for orders meeting a specific price threshold, as indicated on our storefront.

5. Shipment Tracking and Confirmation Transparency is key to our customer service protocol.

• Upon dispatch, an automated Shipment Confirmation Email will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

• This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to populate in the carrier's system.

6. Secure Packaging and Hygiene Standards As a provider of oral care instruments and solutions, we ensure that all items are shipped in tamper-evident, high-grade protective packaging. This ensures that your products arrive in sterile, factory-sealed condition, maintaining the hygiene integrity required for dental health applications.

7. Address Accuracy and Re-routing The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

• Digitra LLC is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

• If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with photographs and contact us at info@digitrallc.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Missing Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team. Digitra LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
